Neutral and very good on the lubrication. You only need a few drops. I would like it to have a nice scent though.

After first trying Moist lube 8 years ago, I have never found another lube even similar, it ticks all the boxes-No smell, thin, long lasting and no stickiness. I always buy this lube now and even joined ATMS site just so I could buy more of it!!!
